Fredrick J. Livingston, CLU, CFP |

Fred Livingston has more than 25 years experience
advising corporate and individual clients regarding
retirement, estate and investment issues.
Prior to founding PLANMARK(sm) in 1993, Fred was Director
of Qualified Plan Services for a national benefit consulting
firm and a Senior Vice President of a regional financial
planning firm. He holds a master’s degree in Business
Administration from Georgia State University and an
undergraduate degree from North Georgia College and State
University. Fred has been a licensed Certified Financial
Planner (CFP) since 1999. He completed the Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU) program at The American College in 1982
and completed graduate course work in Advanced Pensions,
Retirement Plan Design, Estate and Business Planning.
Fred is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He
is an Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial and a licensed insurance counselor. He is a native
of Valdosta, Georgia, a 30-year resident of metro Atlanta
and a member and charter president of the North Fulton
Rotary Club.

As a Planmark senior retirement plan administrator with 20-plus years of experience, Rhonda Tate is well positioned to help corporations and individuals with their pension and benefits design and plan administration.
Rhonda assists clients with a variety of corporate, partnership and sole proprietor pension plans, specializing in small to mid-size businesses with less than 1,000 employees. Her expertise includes administration of profit sharing, money purchase, target benefit, defined benefit and 401(k) plans.
Rhonda facilitates all phases of pension/retirement planning including:
- Initial plan design
- Preparation of plan documents and amendments
- Determination of eligibility
- Computation and allocation of plan contribution, earnings and forfeitures
- Maintenance of plan compliance by performing required non-discrimination, top-heavy and minimum participation and coverage tests
- Calculation of vested benefits
- Compilation of annual reports
- Preparation of required IRS filings (5500 series, 5300 series, 1099’s and Form 945) and Department of Labor (DOL) filings
- Submission of plan terminations to the IRS
Rhonda’s credentials include:
